What it does

  • Starts with references/00-triage.md to classify the site (static / light data collection / commerce / large platform) before opening any checklist.
  • Runs bash scripts/scan.sh <code-dir> or <URL> to auto-detect forms, tracking scripts, cookie banners and policy pages as evidence.
  • Grades findings as 🔴 fix now / 🟡 improve / 🟢 OK / ⚪ N/A across personal data protection, e-commerce, cybersecurity, consumer protection, advertising, e-transactions, AI transparency and mobile apps.
  • Quotes fines only from references/08-penalties-reference.md, otherwise marks them "UNVERIFIED" instead of hallucinating numbers or decree IDs.
  • On request, drafts a Vietnam-compliant privacy policy, consent form and cookie banner copy.
