super-board — Autonomous GitHub Project Pipeline

An orchestrator skill that drains a GitHub Project board through Build → QA → Review → Done lanes autonomously.

AutomationAdvanced★ 591⑂ 157AI score 9/10Last updated: Oct 29, 2026

What it does

  • Five verbs — onboard, lint, status, run, stop — take a GitHub Project board from full to empty.
  • Routes cards by label (qa, bug, feature) across Build → QA → Review → Done lanes, delegating every unit of work to workers (workflow lane agents, headless claude -p, or codex exec).
  • Keeps your interactive session strictly as an orchestrator: it validates preconditions, dispatches, and reports — it never does product work or holds multi-card context itself.
  • stop performs a graceful shutdown (comments on in-flight issues/PRs, releases assignee mutexes, kills workers); the next run resumes from board state, not process memory.
  • Supports model-tier flags (--low, default, --high) and backend overrides via --codex[=<model>].

Who it's for

  • Developers and tech leads who track work in GitHub Projects and need to clear 6+ tickets at a time.
  • Small teams who want a build/QA/review loop that keeps running while nobody is watching.
  • Anyone experimenting with multi-agent orchestration in Claude Code or Codex.

Examples

  1. super-board onboard — run the one-time wizard that writes .claude/super-board/configs/<slug>.json.
  2. super-board lint — sweep active pipeline issues, flag vague acceptance criteria, and run pre-flight checks.
  3. super-board run --high then super-board stop — launch the autonomous loop on the top model tier, shut it down cleanly, and resume later with another run.

Install the skill I found on AI Skill Mart.
Copy the skills/super-board folder from the GitHub repo EricTechPro/super-board into my ~/.claude/skills/super-board/.
When it's done, tell me in one line what this skill can do.

Install with a command instead

git clone https://github.com/EricTechPro/super-board /tmp/super-board && mkdir -p ~/.claude/skills && cp -r /tmp/super-board/skills/super-board ~/.claude/skills/

⚠ This is a third-party skill. Check the source repository before installing.

  1. Open a terminal and clone the repo: git clone https://github.com/EricTechPro/super-board
  2. Copy the whole skill folder (the references and scripts must come along): mkdir -p ~/.claude/skills && cp -r super-board/skills/super-board ~/.claude/skills/
  3. If your project needs them, also copy bundled helpers such as .claude/bin, scripts/, and docs/super-board/.
  4. Install and authenticate the GitHub CLI: gh auth login (Projects scope required).
  5. Restart Claude Code and run /super-board onboard (in Codex: $super-board onboard) to create a board config.
  6. Verify with super-board status, then start the loop with super-board run.
