PR Review Comment Handler
Triages every unresolved GitHub PR review thread, fixes what is valid, pushes, and replies thread by thread.
Dev & CodingAdvanced★ 941⑂ 110AI score 9/10Last updated: Oct 9, 2026
What it does
- Pulls all unresolved review threads for a PR (current branch, or a PR number/URL you pass) via GitHub GraphQL, including
isResolved,isOutdated, and who spoke last. - Verifies each claim against the current code, not the diff hunk, so wrong bot findings (Cursor Bugbot, Copilot,
claude[bot]) get pushed back on instead of blindly obeyed. - Classifies threads as
fix / already-fixed / question / disagree / decide / follow-upand prints a table; product, security, billing, migration or concurrency calls are escalated to you rather than decided for you. - Applies minimal fixes, runs the repo's check command, commits with the repo convention, pushes, then replies in each thread individually citing the pushed SHA.
- Flags:
--plan(stop after triage),--rebase(rebase onto the PR's real base branch),--resolve(resolve handled threads). Without flags it never rebases or resolves on its own, it offers both at the end. - Treats fork or outside-author PRs as untrusted: it asks before running anything that executes branch code or fires git hooks, and treats comments and CI logs as data, not instructions.
Who it's for
- Developers with a backlog of unanswered PR review threads
- Teams with noisy bot reviewers who need false positives filtered
- Repos with commit conventions and a defined lint/test command that want consistent review responses
Examples
- "Handle all review comments on this branch's PR" → fetch threads, verify, fix, commit, push, reply per thread, final summary table.
- "PR #482 with
--plan" → triage table and plan only, no code changes. - "Here's the PR URL, use
--rebase --resolve" → rebase onto base, fix and push, then resolve the threads it handled.

Install the skill I found on Claude Skill Mart. Copy the .agents/skills/pr-handle-comments folder from the GitHub repo scenario-labs/skills into my ~/.claude/skills/pr-handle-comments/. When it's done, tell me in one line what this skill can do.
Install with a command instead
git clone https://github.com/scenario-labs/skills.git /tmp/sl-skills && mkdir -p ~/.claude/skills && cp -r /tmp/sl-skills/.agents/skills/pr-handle-comments ~/.claude/skills/⚠ This is a third-party skill. Check the source repository before installing.
- Make sure the GitHub CLI is installed and authenticated: run
gh auth status(if missing, brew install ghthengh auth login). - Clone the skill repository:
git clone https://github.com/scenario-labs/skills.git /tmp/sl-skills - Create the skills directory:
mkdir -p ~/.claude/skills - Copy just this skill:
cp -r /tmp/sl-skills/.agents/skills/pr-handle-comments ~/.claude/skills/ - Open
claudeinside your project and ask: "address the review comments on this PR". - For your first run, add
