PMAX Copy Production & Review
Builds and audits Google Performance Max text assets — 15 short headlines, 5 long headlines, 5 descriptions — anchored to one need scenario and real landing-page evidence.

What it does
- Fixed working order: entry point (why would this person notice the ad now) → one main need scenario → what the landing page actually supports → role-based expressions → asset pool.
- Four expressions of the same scenario: S (concrete actions/sensations), N (desired change and possibility), T (decision criteria and reasons), F (emotions and concerns).
- A 15 / 5 / 5 pool: 15 short headlines (4/4/4/3 allocation), 5 long headlines, 5 descriptions — each line standing alone yet recombinable with the others.
- Policy and claim review: cross-checks account flags and avoid-use lists, logs source / scope / inference / unknowns separately, and bans fear appeals, body shaming, fake testimonials, and unsupported promises.
- Weighted character counting and handoff: full-width = 2, half-width = 1, plus a revision log with before/after comparisons.
Who it's for
- Performance marketers and agency teams who write or approve Google PMAX text assets
- Advertisers in sensitive verticals (clinics, aesthetics, health) whose copy keeps getting disapproved
- Anyone wanting a persuasion-structure audit of existing copy, not just tone labels and character counts
Example uses
- "Write 15 short headlines, 5 long headlines and 5 descriptions for a new PMAX asset group" → you first get an entry-point/scenario brief, then the 25 assets with weighted counts.
- "My PMAX copy was disapproved — review it" → policy-flag check, scenario and evidence review, then replacement lines with explicit replacement IDs.
- "Here's the landing page; is the ad overpromising?" → it records the gap between the first screen and the ad promise and rewrites within what the page actually supports.
