What it does

  • Scans the current task's evidence for concrete failures, repeated proof runs, waits and manual steps.
  • Picks a bounded remedy that preserves requirements and other sessions' in-flight changes.
  • Prefers fixing the tool over adding a rule; any new instruction must have an observable trigger, evidence, an action, a real check and a retirement condition.
  • Applies and verifies the fix, then creates a local commit containing only owned, checked changes after any required independent review — no implicit push or publish.
  • The bundled migliora apply helper manages only its own block in AGENTS.md; code changes go through the project's ordinary workflow.
