Vietnam Law Compliance Check

Audits a website or mobile app against Vietnamese law on personal data, e-commerce, cybersecurity, advertising and AI transparency, and drafts the matching privacy policy.

What it does

  • Scans your code folder or a URL via scripts/scan.sh and first triages the site into static / light data collection / selling / large platform.
  • Opens only the checklists that actually apply: personal data protection (PDPL, Decree 356/2025), E-commerce Law 2025, cybersecurity, consumer protection, online advertising, electronic transactions, AI transparency, mobile app.
  • Grades every finding as 🔴 fix now / 🟡 improve / 🟢 compliant / ⚪ not applicable, and only quotes fine amounts that exist in the bundled penalties reference — otherwise it marks them "unverified".
  • On request, drafts a Vietnam-compliant privacy policy, consent form, or cookie banner from the included template.
