DBS Business Model Diagnosis
A business diagnosis skill that first tests whether your question is even valid, dissolves the broken ones, and for valid ones gives a verdict plus the first thing to do tomorrow.

What it does
- Automatically routes your request into either "consultation" (solving one concrete business problem) or "full checkup" (systematic business model review) without asking you to pick a mode.
- In consultation mode it runs your question through a five-layer dissolution funnel: language traps → false assumptions → logic errors → factual premises → missing key facts. If the question itself is broken, it tells you where and rewrites it into the real question.
- In checkup mode it gathers six facts (product, price, buyer, acquisition, delivery, monthly revenue) and produces a seven-item report: money printer (input/output), morality of the model, pricing tiers, real vs stated demand, traffic-to-revenue structure, scalability, and growth stage.
- Every verdict traces back to six axioms such as "pricing is product design" and "traffic is not revenue", and every answer ends with "the first thing you do tomorrow is: {action}".
- Explicit boundaries: it won't handle emotional or relationship issues, procrastination therapy, or legal/tax/investment advice, and it refuses survey-style market research recommendations.
Who it's for
- Solo founders, small business owners, and course or digital-product sellers
- Anyone stuck on pricing, lead-magnet vs profit-product spread, or monetization structure
- People who want vague worries ("is this niche right for me?") converted into checkable decisions
- Users comfortable with Chinese or English output (the skill itself is written in Chinese)
Examples
- "Should I price the course at 99 or 199?" → With no sales history, it tells you to list the lower price today and explains why raising prices is easy but cutting them is not.
- "Which industry has good prospects right now?" → It flags "prospects" as an undefined term that cannot resolve to a checkable standard, then rewrites the question.
- "Review my whole business" → It asks at most three clarifying questions about product, price, and buyer, then delivers the seven-item report, a one-line prescription, and tomorrow's first action.
