Generates an AI creator speaking an approved script as multiple sub-15s takes, then joins them into one continuous track with a consistent face, room and voice.

What it does

Reads your cutlist and splits takes only on line boundaries, staying under H3 Max's 15-second cap, and writes the prompt for each take (plan_takes.py).
Dry-runs a cost estimate first; generation only bills when you pass --go (~$0.16/second at 1080P).
Generates take 1 alone so the user can approve the voice, then chains t1's audio as reference_audio_urls into every later take for a matching voice.
Joins takes with a measured 0.10s dissolve in a single filter graph, avoiding concat-demuxer black frames and the "two pairs of hands" blend artifact (join_takes.py).
Re-aligns each line's timing onto the words actually spoken using a transcript (align_beats.py).
Ships character-prompt.json so you generate 2–4 character stills first and lock the identity/environment wording verbatim before spending money on takes.

Examples

A 30s product script → planned into three line-aligned takes → cost estimate → t1 generated alone for voice approval → remaining takes generated with chained voice → joined with a 0.10s dissolve.
--split-at 6.3,14.5 places the joins exactly where a screen insert ends, hiding the cut under the insert.
If t1's voice sounds robotic, --reseed t1 and regenerate just that take; if every take fails the same way, replace the character still rather than the seed.
