What it does

  • Triggers on requests like "create a company", "scaffold an agent team", "hire agents", or "turn this repo into a company package".
  • Supports two modes: from-scratch (interview-driven) and from-repo (clone, scan skills/README/source, then wrap it).

  3. Only the release-engineer agent gets a GH_TOKEN secret entry in .paperclip.yaml; other agents are omitted so defaults apply.
