StyleSeed — UI Design Workflow Hub

A single entry point that routes UI build, review, token, and a11y work into one of 22 workflows while preserving your project's approved design decisions.

Design & UIIntermediate★ 967⑂ 89AI score 9/10Last updated: Oct 1, 2026

What it does

StyleSeed reads your request and picks exactly one of 22 internal workflows (build, setup, studio, reference, audit, review, score, verify, dial, restyle, tokens, motion, page, component, pattern, a11y, lint, flow, copy, feedback, update, resolve).

  • Resolves .styleseed/project.json and the artifact registry first, so approved tokens, spacing and style choices aren't silently overwritten.
  • Audit, score, verify and status requests are treated as read-only — they never authorize edits.
  • A missing or partial registry is an error rather than a quiet fallback to a legacy global bundle.

Who it's for

  • Frontend and design-system practitioners who need consistent color, spacing and type rules.
  • Teams whose screens drift stylistically as the product grows.
  • Anyone who wants accessibility, microcopy and loading/empty/error states handled systematically.

Examples

  1. "Build a new dashboard screen" → routes to build and respects the project design lock.
  2. "Match this screenshot's look" → routes to reference, using a screenshot, URL or Figma export as source.
  3. "Find accessibility problems on this page" → routes to a11y, auditing first and fixing only what you approve.
  4. "Just tell me my install and bundle health" → uses resolve's read-only doctor script, no recompile.

Let Claude do it — paste this into Claude Code

Install the skill I found on Claude Skill Mart.
Copy the skills/styleseed folder from the GitHub repo bitjaru/styleseed into my ~/.claude/skills/bitjaru-styleseed/.
When it's done, tell me in one line what this skill can do.

Install with a command instead

git clone https://github.com/bitjaru/styleseed.git /tmp/styleseed && mkdir -p ~/.claude/skills && cp -r /tmp/styleseed/skills/styleseed ~/.claude/skills/

⚠ This is a third-party skill. Check the source repository before installing.

  1. Open a terminal.
  2. Clone the repo: git clone https://github.com/bitjaru/styleseed.git
  3. Create the skills folder: mkdir -p ~/.claude/skills
  4. Copy the skill: cp -r styleseed/skills/styleseed ~/.claude/skills/
  5. Verify that ~/.claude/skills/styleseed/ contains both SKILL.md and the workflows/ directory — the skill won't work without the workflow files.
  6. Restart Claude Code, then run "StyleSeed setup" in your project to create the .styleseed registry.
  7. From then on, just ask in plain language, e.g. "StyleSeed build a login page".
