Beyond the Wrapper — AI Product Positioning

A positioning playbook for AI products accused of being "just a GPT wrapper," helping you name your real moat and answer the two objections you'll always get.

  • Rewrites messaging around the job done instead of "AI-powered," using the delete-the-word-AI test.
  • Turns trust into the pitch: publish failure modes, show evals, close the demo-to-production gap, and answer the data-residency/training question before buyers ask.
  • Ends with a concrete "next 30 minutes" checklist.
