What it does

Feed it your reel or account insights and it names the one metric that matters for your current goal (reach, saves, leads, follows) and tells you which numbers to ignore. Every figure is judged against your own median, never against someone else's screenshot. If retention data is present, it locates the break — a ~3s drop means a hook problem, ~12s a middle problem, an end-of-video drop a CTA problem. It closes with exactly two actions plus an honest list of what the data cannot tell you.
