  1. Open your terminal.
  2. Clone the repo: git clone https://github.com/alirezarezvani/claude-skills.git
  3. Create the skill folder: mkdir -p ~/.claude/skills/changelog
  4. Copy the files: cp -r claude-skills/.gemini/skills/changelog/* ~/.claude/skills/changelog/
  5. The skill references Python scripts under engineering/skills/changelog-generator/scripts/, so copy that folder too or keep the repo layout intact.
  6. Verify Python 3 is available: python3 --version.
  7. Run Claude Code inside a git repository and try /changelog generate --from-tag <tag>.
