AI Teardown · Course Series Studio

Turns a single topic into a full lesson-video series — research, narration, TTS, scene choreography, 1080p rendering and publishing — through one scripted pipeline.

Image & VideoAdvanced★ 415⑂ 67AI score 8/10Last updated: Oct 28, 2026

What it does

  • Takes a topic (AI product, open-source project or book, person/history, software tutorial) and produces a series of 4–7 minute explainer videos plus an interactive web version per lesson and a course landing page.
  • Six-stage pipeline: research with T1/T2/T3 source grading → course outline → per-lesson narration with MiMo voice cloning and word-level alignment → scenes.json visual choreography → serial render queue → publish (interactive artifact, course page, 2–3 min orientation video).
  • Three mandatory user checkpoints: subject/lesson count/voice/art style, outline approval, and review of lesson 1 before batch production.
  • Three visual engines: sketch (Notion-minimal hand-drawn with a pixel presenter), lesson (template compiler, good for timelines and terminal screencasts), cine (code-rendered film with Three.js, particles, shaders, licensed music).
  • Strict editorial rules: nothing on screen without a citation; screenshots must have personal info, QR codes and API keys cropped or masked.

Who it's for

  • Educational content creators converting a book or open-source project into a video course
  • Solo creators who need to mass-produce many lessons with consistent quality
  • Technical instructors building courses from real terminal sessions and screen recordings

Examples

  • "Turn this open-source book into a 25-lesson beginner course" → outline approval, then automated narration, voiceover and video per lesson.
  • "Build a 13-lesson hands-on course from prompting to Codex" → scenes composed from real terminal recordings with doodle annotations.
  • "Also give me the course map page and a 3-minute orientation video" → course landing page generated from series.json plus an intro film.

Install the skill I found on AI Skill Mart.
Copy the skills/ai-teardown folder from the GitHub repo andyhuo520/vibe-knowledge into my ~/.claude/skills/ai-teardown/.
When it's done, tell me in one line what this skill can do.

Install with a command instead

git clone https://github.com/andyhuo520/vibe-knowledge.git && mkdir -p ~/.claude/skills && cp -r vibe-knowledge/skills/ai-teardown ~/.claude/skills/

⚠ This is a third-party skill. Check the source repository before installing.

  1. Open a terminal.
  2. Clone the repository: git clone https://github.com/andyhuo520/vibe-knowledge.git
  3. Create the skills folder: mkdir -p ~/.claude/skills
  4. Copy the skill: cp -r vibe-knowledge/skills/ai-teardown ~/.claude/skills/
  5. Install prerequisites listed in the "Environment" section of references/02-pipeline.md: Python 3, Playwright, esbuild, a whisper model, a MiMo voice API key, and a headless GPU rendering setup.
  6. Create a workspace and series: python3 ~/.claude/skills/ai-teardown/engine/scripts/new_series.py ~/Desktop/workspace my-series --style sketch --title "Course Title"
  7. Restart Claude Code and ask something like "make a lesson-video series about X" to trigger the skill.
