A 9-step pipeline that pulls a Zoom recording, adds intro/outro, builds timecodes and a thumbnail, uploads to YouTube, and files it in a playlist.

What it does
- Lists and downloads Zoom recordings (MP4 + VTT transcript)
- Matches intro and meeting specs with
ffprobe, re-encodes and concatenates withffmpeg - Parses the VTT to produce up to 20 topic timecodes, offset by the intro length
- Drafts a templated YouTube description (summary, bullets, timecodes, links, hashtags)
- Renders a 1280x720 PNG thumbnail from an HTML template via headless Chrome or Playwright
- Uploads the video, sets the thumbnail, adds it to a playlist, and reports the URLs
Who it's for
- Community managers publishing recurring webinar/meetup recordings in a fixed format
- Developers wanting a real-world ffmpeg post-production pipeline to adapt
- Note: paths, playlist ID, and the Russian-language description template are hardcoded for the AGENCY community, so expect substantial rewiring
Examples
- "Upload last week's meetup" → lists recent Zoom recordings, then runs the full pipeline on the chosen one
- "Add the intro to this meeting recording and publish it" → spec-matched re-encode, concat, upload
- "Pull timecodes from the transcript" → extracts topic shifts as

Install the skill I found on AI Skill Mart. Copy the agency-meetup-publish folder from the GitHub repo glebis/claude-skills into my ~/.claude/skills/agency-meetup-publish/. When it's done, tell me in one line what this skill can do.
Install with a command instead
git clone https://github.com/glebis/claude-skills.git /tmp/claude-skills && cp -r /tmp/claude-skills/agency-meetup-publish ~/.claude/skills/⚠ This is a third-party skill. Check the source repository before installing.
- Open a terminal.
- Clone the repo:
git clone https://github.com/glebis/claude-skills.git /tmp/claude-skills - Copy the skill:
mkdir -p ~/.claude/skills && cp -r /tmp/claude-skills/agency-meetup-publish ~/.claude/skills/ - Install dependencies:
brew install ffmpegplus Chrome orpip install playwright. - Also copy the companion skills (
zoom,youtube,video-youtube-upload) into~/.claude/skills/. - Set up Zoom OAuth credentials in
~/.zoom_credentials/and your YouTube uploader scripts, then edit the~/ai_projects/...paths, intro file, and playlist ID in SKILL.md to match your own setup. - Restart Claude Code and ask: "publish the meetup recording to YouTube".
