Agency Docs Updater (lab meeting publishing pipeline)

What it does

  • Locates the Fathom/Zoom transcript for a given date and lab number and fetches the video file.
  • Trims leading dead air and optional tech-difficulty spans using transcript detection, uploads to YouTube, then verifies via the API that the video really processed.
  • Builds a branded thumbnail, sets title/description/tags and adds the video to the right playlist.
  • Produces a fact-checked, MDX-safe summary, generates the meeting page, commits and pushes, waits for the Vercel deploy and verifies the embed in a browser.
  • Rebuilds site-wide aggregations: meetings database, glossary and link library.

  4. Clone the separate youtube-uploader repo and finish YouTube API authentication.
  5. Copy .env.example to .env inside the skill folder and point VAULT_DIR, DOCS_SITE_DIR, GITHUB_REPO, SITE_DOMAIN etc. at your own setup.
  6. Run bash ~/.claude/skills/agency-docs-updater/scripts/preflight.sh and fix whatever it flags (Python deps, Playwright/chromium, API keys).
